Dr. Ethel Fiattor
CEO/Managing Director
Dr. Ethel Fiattor is a dedicated scholar, practitioner, and academic, she brings several years of expertise spanning national, regional, and international scholarly platforms across Africa. Her research concentration center on international commercial law, private international law, and consumer contractual rights, particularly focusing on the protection of weaker parties in regions including the EU, Asia, Africa, and the USA. Over the years, Dr Fiattor's work has focused on the role of businesses in advancing human rights, as well as exploring the intersection between private and public international law in an increasingly complex & interlocking evolution of law and other disciplines. Dr. Fiattor's work continues to highlight how these legal frameworks influence intra- and extra-continental commerce, investment, and international trade. She holds an LL.M. from the University of Johannesburg and LL.D. at the University of Pretoria.
